Our team of engineers has been involved in many mixed-use projects. Unlike a retail chain design, these type of projects are almost always unique and take a keen design team to do them justice. Mixed-use breaks down into two basic combinations; the first is commercial/retail space on the ground floor and residential apartment units on the floors above. The second is a mix of retail space on the ground floor and office space on the floors above.
